Nooga Radio to host hurricane relief drive
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – As the the Gulf Coast continues to clean up after Hurricane Michael, one local radio group is planning to help.
Nooga radio will be hosting a donation drive to gather money and goods to send to those who need help.
The drive will be at the Wal-Mart in Hixson off Highway 153 tomorrow from 7 a.m to 6 p.m.
They will be broadcasting live from the parking lot all day and will accept the following items:
- Non-perishable food
- Cases of water
- Hygiene products
- Money
- Diapers
All the donations will be taken to the Salvation Army and will go directly to those affected by the storm.
