North Georgia EMC Update

Due to the winter weather in the seven county service territory of NGEMC, which includes Catoosa, Chattooga, Floyd, Gordon, Murray, Walker, and Whitfield counties, NGEMC customer lobbies and drive thrus will operate on a delayed schedule for Thursday, February 26, opening at 10am.

Service disconnections will be suspended during this weather event. Members may view current outage information or make payments at www.ngemc.com. Outages can be reported via the NGEMC mobile app or by calling one of NGEMC’s local offices 24/7.

Line crews and other operational personnel are on standby and prepared to immediately respond to outages as quickly and safely as possible.
