Kadum Harwood is serving five years in federal prison.

In September of 2023, he pulled down the doors of the building with a chain attached to his truck.

Prosecutors say he took a sledgehammer to the furniture inside, tour down curtains and used a chainsaw to cut down bushes outside.

Surveillance video was shown of him starting fires inside the building and outside.

Officials don’t know exactly why he did it other than he was suffering a mental health episode and believed in several conspiracy theories.

Harwood was also ordered to pay the Center nearly $160,000 for the damages.
