CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A national anti-union organization is telling Volkswagen workers here they have options in case the U-A-W calls a strike.

The organization is the National Right to Work Foundation.

The union says workers overwhelmingly approved calling a strike against the Chattanooga Plant.

But that doesn’t mean they will.

The Right to Work Foundation has issued a notice that workers don’t actually have to honor the strike if it is called.

Workers could face union fines if they refuse to strike.

But the National Right to Work Foundation says they can resign their union membership and have information on how to do that.
