Person Shot on East 51st Street

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – The Chattanooga Police responded to a local hospital after a victim arrived by a personally owned vehicle Saturday afternoon.

Rashard Crabtree, 26, suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and informed officers he was struck while exiting a vehicle in the 700 block of East 51st Street.

There is no suspect information available at this time and authorities were unable to locate a crime scene.
