Police Arrest Suspect in East Lake Courts Murder

Chattanooga (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police charge Christopher Lowe in connection to the shooting and murder on Tuesday in the East Lake Courts.

Lowe has been charged with 1st Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, Especially Aggravated Robbery & a gun charge.

He has several prior criminal convictions for burglary and assault. 

20 year old Percy Allen was shot to death inside a home on East 28th street.

But police have released few details of the crime.

The charges would seem to indicate the motive for the shooting was robbery.
