Police arrest suspect in Main Street hit and run case
Four people were hit crossing the street Thursday evening
UPDATE: Chattanooga Police are correcting some details of the case.
They say Traffic Investigators determined that Crystal Insley was the at-fault driver.
But she did remain on the scene.
Her passenger, however, fled on foot. They first thought the fleeing person was the driver.
So Insley does NOT face a Hit & Run charge.
