Police arrest teen suspect in Cheddar’s parking lot shooting

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police have arrested a suspect in the Cheddar’s restaurant shooting.

A 27 year old man was shot in the parking lot on Gunbarrel Road on Saturday afternoon, May 8th.

Police have now charged a 17 year old in the case.

The juvenile faces charges of Aggravate Assault and Unlawful Possession of a weapon.

Witnesses say the shooter and the victim were seen together in the area before hand.
