Police called to Lee Highway hotel for possible shooting
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanooga Police release new information on the Monday night shooting.
Officers found 28 year old Joshua Eaker shot inside his vehicle last night at the Mapco convenience store on Lee Highway.
They say the crime scene though was at the nearby Inn Town Suites.
Eaker is in serious condition.
Police say Eaker is also the suspect in another shooting on January 2nd on Cummings Highway near a motel.
They say that victim was shot after a fight between Eaker and his ex-girlfriend.
Now, the suspect in this latest shooting was driving a light blue Toyota pickup truck.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanooga Police were called to the In Town Suites on Lee Highway Monday evening, based on reports that shots were fired.
Officials with the department have not confirmed any information with News 12, as the investigation is still in the early stages.

Officers were also gathered at the Mapco gas station, just a minute down the road, collecting evidence from a vehicle.
