Police chase in two counties ends in arrest

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A police chase through Bradley and Hamilton County ends in an arrest today.

22-year-old Brackuss Ford is now facing various charges after a Bradley County Sheriff’s deputy tried to initiate a traffic stop.

The driver did not comply and continued to speed through the city of Cleveland before turning onto I-75.

Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputies continued the pursuit once the vehicle reached the Bonny Oaks exit.

The car crashed near the Standifer Gab area.

Hamilton County deputies immediately took the driver in custody.

Ford was booked in the Bradley County correctional facility.
