Police identify Highway 153 Hit and Run victim

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police say the man who was killed on Highway 153 over the weekend was 51 year old Jeffery Randall Harris.

Last Saturday at 2:15 PM, his body was found in the median near Highway 153 and Shallowford Road.

He had been hit by a car, but no one reported it.
