Update: Police investigate East Lake Courts shooting

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga police are investigating a shooting at East Lake Courts.

Police have confirmed that the victim, Jamaal Thomas was sent to the hospital around 4:30 this morning.

Thomas was suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

He says he was shot following an argument with his roommate.

Police are now looking for 28 year old Dominique Bonds, who they’re calling a suspect.

There is a warrant out for Bonds for attempted first degree murder, and aggravated assault.
