UPDATE: Police say 18-year-old shot in foot on South Willow

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police have released more information on the shooting Saturday night on South Willow Street.

Police say when officers arrived on the scene, they found 18-year-old Leontay Burns-Hitchcock suffering from a gunshot wound to the foot.

Burns-Hitchcock was taken to a local hospital, police say.

According to police, the victim said he did not see who shot him.

The Violent Crimes Bureau is investigating.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanooga Police responded to another shooting around 5:30 Saturday evening.

It happened on South Willow Street.

According to police, a man was shot and was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
