Here are the power outages from Monday’s storms
6:30 UPDATE:
City of LaFayette, GA –
An electrical service line feeding the city is also down and MEAG is aware and working on the issue. Short point is power that is out could be out a while.

6pm UPDATES:
EPB: Still significant outages in Harrions/Hwy 58, more coming in north on 58
VEC: Over 400 out in Meigs, Bradley increased to 28, McMinn dramatically down to 15
SVEC: Down to 6 outages north of Pikeville, Jasper to Chatt. along River Canyon Road
GP: 100 customers out around Trenton

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – New storms swept across the Tennessee Valley this afternoon bringing down even more trees and power lines. Here is the afternoon power outage update.
EPB
The Electric Power Board reports outages throughout Hamilton County.
Harrison and the Highway 58 area has the worst of it, “Significant Outages.”
Signal Mountain, Red Bank, East Ridge, Hixson, and Tyner all have Moderate outages, with the rest being scattered.
SVEC
The Sequachee Valley Electric Cooperative reports 20 outages in Grundy, Marion and Bledsoe counties.
GEORGIA POWER
Georgia Power reports a couple of dozen customers out of power in Dade County.
And several thousand out at various locations around Summerville.
VEC
Volunteer Electric Cooperative reports hundreds of outages from the Georgia line to the Kentucky line.
The worst in our area now is Meigs and Cumberland Counties, which each more more than 300 outages.
They also have almost a hundred in McMinn County, and scattered outages in Polk and Bradley.
