Protesters at Red Bank City Council Meeting
Red Bank, TN (WDEF) Protesters are outside the Red Bank City Hall to protest the actions of Officer Mark Kaylor, who was seen on video beating up an unarmed suspect.
They plan to attend the city council meeting.
Extra police are on scene to make sure the protest goes peaceful.
