Rafa Mentzingen lives up to the name ‘Quad-Father’

Rafa Mentzingen massive quads have taken over social media

He puts a picture of his quads and he gets 1 million likes.

Rafa’s thigh game extends into the pitch as well.

“It makes you more explosive like acceleration, speed, stuff like that. It definitely helps,” said Mentzigen

“Because of the quads ,to takes him out of second gear and put them in fourth and fifth and you’re not catching him. His explosiveness, his strength, everything in any sport, it’s about the center of gravity, your core, and if your quads have good strength that allows you to accelerate to get strength off the line. It really does help you perform at the highest level,” said Obleda.

Some think he was born with massive quads

“What can you say about something like that? It’s like a masterpiece, like a Michelangelo painting. I can imagine him coming out of the mother’s womb and that’s what it looked like. Mama kid is small but look at those thighs,” said Obleda.

His thighs have taken on names of their own. Thigh guy, quad-Zilla, and the quad Father.

“Started playing pro and all the supporters they love it. Quad father was actually the first time I ever heard it, I think it’s funny. I like it. Gives me the motivation to get going,” said Mentzigen
