Rainsville man arrested on charges of making child porn with minors
He faces more sexual exploitation charges in various Tennessee locations
FORT PAYNE, Alabama (WDEF) — A Rainsville man has been arrested on child sex charges in both Alabama and Tennessee.
The Sheriff in DeKalb County says John Devall Burris was discovered hiding out in neighboring Jackson County.
He faces charges of 3 counts of Production of Porn with Minors and running from police.
The Sheriff says after he serves any time he gets in Alabama, he will go to Tennessee to face several more charges of exploitation of a minor.
