RAM pop-up clinic opens in Cleveland

Free dental, visual and medical assistance provided to those served

CLEVELAND, Tenn. (WDEF) — Nationwide medical provider, Remote Area Medical, opened up a pop-up clinic today at St. Therese Catholic Church in Cleveland.

Complimentary health services were provided to patients, including free dental, visual and medical assistance.

No ID is required to receive treatment, but services are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.

“If you need that specialty service, dental or vision, come early,” said RAM Clinic Coordinator Heather Rhodes. “Be prepared to stay overnight in your vehicle. Once you’re onsight, you are in line. If you leave the line, you do lose your spot and have to go to the end of the line. Bring your comfort items, like pillows, blankets, snacks, drinks.”

The RAM clinic will be open again Saturday at the same location.

Doors open at 6 a.m.
