Randy Belcher Caught
A Chattanooga man on Hamilton County’s "12 Most Wanted" list gets caught.
Randy Belcher was wanted for several charges including assault, and burglary and theft charges.
We last reported on Belcher after officials say he stole a Hamilton County truck to escape from a work detail at Chester Frost Park last March.
He was also featured this week as part of our Manhunt Monday series.
