Red Bank overhauling beer ordinance
RED BANK, Tennessee (WDEF) – Red Bank’s city commission is changing their old beer ordinance to make it more attractive for restaurants and businesses.
The new rules get rid of distance requirements to churches and schools.
But only if the business is not an “adult oriented entertainment establishment.”
They also have made special event permits for on-premise events easier for charities or other organizations.
The new hours for beer sales will be from 10 AM to 1 AM for on-premises and until 2 AM for off-premises.
More detailed information on the new beer ordinance can be found on Red Bank’s website at the City of Red Bank or at https://www.redbanktn.gov/board_agendas_minutes.html#boardagendas.
