Team Kennedy’s campaign manager, Dennis J. Kucinich, explained why he thinks the campaign is doing so well.

He attributes the donations to “the public’s support for a courageous, authentic truth-teller. We are hearing again and again that Mr. Kennedy is catching on because the public is fed up with the media smears. People are answering the attacks by opening up their wallets. RFK, Jr. has shown respect for the intelligence of the American people. The more people hear his message, the more he connects.”

Kennedy may be running as a Democrat but seems to be gaining traction from both sides.

The New York Times reported on Monday that a political action committee supporting Kennedy has raised $10.25 million. American Values 2024 describes their committee as a “non-profit organization, including a federal Political Action Committee and a Super PAC, dedicated to electing Robert F. Kennedy Jr.”

The Times article goes on to say donations to American Values 2024 came from a mix of Republicans and Democrats.

Kennedy’s policies include ending the “forever wars,” cleaning up the government, restoring the middle class and being truthful to Americans, according to his Instagram page.

He has recently been featured on various podcasts including the Joe Rogan Experience and Russell Brand.

Kennedy is one of only two Democrats currently competing against incumbent nominee Joe Biden.
