Rhea County Lawyer Suspended

   The Supreme Court of Tennessee temporarily suspends attorney John Arnold Fitzgerald from the practice of law.

   They say he misappropriated funds to his own use.

   The ruling states that his practice of law poses a "threat of substantial harm to the public."

   So Fitgerald must not accept any new cases and he must stop working on old ones within a month.
