Riverdale High School vs. Bradley Central High School

Cleveland, TN (WDEF) – Bradley Central proved they could beat Mother Nature by moving their home playoff game to Thursday at Finley Stadium.

But could the Bears beat Riverdale?

Late second quarter, Bradley leads it 14-13.

Cole Copeland to the air, and he finds Tyler Carpenter in the end zone to make it 21-13.

Third quarter, Bears are down 24-21, but they have the ball at the Warriors four.

Copeland dances in for the touchdown.

The PAT was no good, so the Bears lead it 27-24.

Fourth quarter, Bradley is down 31-27, and they’re back to punt.

It’s a fake and a pass.

Ump back Tyler Carpenter to Ryan Still for the first down, but watch the tackle.

Still’s knee never touches.

He realizes it and keeps on going.

Still will race in for a touchdown to put the Bears up 34-31.

Just over four minutes to go.

Fourth and goal for the Warriors.

They go for it, and the Bears Hunter Daggan races in and stuffs the play.

Daggan is going to get a big chest bump for that, but the Warriors got the ball back with another fourth and goal with just over a minute to go.

Brandon Bea sneaks it in for the touchdown.

That was the game winner.

Riverdale wins it 38-34.
