Road rage suspect Harvey pleads guilty in court
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A suspect in a viral road rage incident from 2022 pled guilty in court on Wednesday.
More than a year ago, Michael Wayne Harvey turned himself in after a video circulated the web.
Harvey faces two counts of assault, vandalism and disorderly conduct charges.
The video came from a home security camera.
It showed Harvey leave his car on foot and approach a car in the driveway. The video then showed Harvey rip the door handle off the car and yell expletives at the occupants of the car.
Harvey was claiming the driver of that car cut him off.
He will be back in court on March 18 for sentencing.
