Robyn Stringfellow Appointed to Chattanooga Public Arts Commission
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — ArtsBuild has announced Education Programs Coordinator Robyn Stringfellow has been appointed to the Chattanooga Public Arts Commission (CPAC).
Stringfellow was appointed by Mayor Tim Kelly and confirmed by Chattanooga City Council on January 13, 2026.
She will serve on CPAC through 2029.
“I’m thrilled to join a team that is core to our city’s public art. With a mission that aligns with ours here at ArtsBuild, CPAC helps us connect our communities, ensure pay for artists and ensure equitable access to art.”

Robyn joined ArtsBuild in October 2025 to lead the organization’s educational programs and initiative, according to ArtsBuild.
They say “CPAC supports the Public Art Division and oversees the city’s public art review process for any proposed artwork or architectural feature in the public right-of-way, including permanent and temporary commissions, gifts, loans, and exhibitions.”
