Rossville woman convicted of fentanyl distribution

LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, Ga. (WDEF) —  A Rossville woman has been convicted of fentanyl distribution in Catoosa County, January 15, 2025.

On April 11, 2024, officers conducted a probation visit at Leamon’s residence.

According to the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office, law enforcement found 3.642 grams of fentanyl powder in a bag, and Leamon’s state-issued identification card in her bathroom.

Leamon’s trial took place on January 14-15, 2025, where a jury found her guilty of Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Distribute.

She was sentenced to 10 years in the Georgia Department of Corrections, followed by 20 years of probation.

At the time of her arrest, Leamon was already serving the remainder of a probation sentence for Possession of Clonazolam.
