Located deep within Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls is a breathtaking 145-foot underground waterfall discovered in 1928 by explorer Leo Lambert. What began as a hidden gem has become a must-visit destination for millions from around the globe.

Ruby Falls opened to the public in 1929, just one year after its discovery, and it has been enchanting visitors ever since. From its spectacular waterfall to the unique cave formations, this natural wonder continues to captivate the imagination.

Ruby Falls celebrated this historic day by discounting entrances to the cave to just $2 for the first ninety-six guests.
