Saban Says Bama Has Been in the Playoffs Since Midseason
The first ever college football playoffs get underway on New Year’s Day, including Alabama and Ohio State in the Sugar Bowl.
The Tide is no stranger to playing for the national title in recent years.
They’ve claimed three of the last five BCS championships.
But now this is the playoffs.
Head coach Nick Saban says his team will not have to draw on past title game experiences because they’ve been living the playoffs this season.
"Since the Ole Miss game, we have sort of been in a playoff of our own kind. We were always one negative experience away from being out of the mix relative to getting into a college playoff."
