Search Suspended for Joe Keller in Colorado

Conejos County, Colorado (WDEF) – The Conejos County Sheriff’s Department has suspended the search for Cleveland native Joe Keller in Colorado.

The 19 year old disappeared while hiking in rough terrain.

After two weeks of searching, the sheriff says his department has exhausted the resources available without uncovering any useful information.

He will resume the search if new information comes up.

The department will continue to check reported sightings in the area, but none have panned out so far.

"We know how difficult this past week and a half has been for Mr. Keller’s friends and family, and we appreciate the support and prayers that the public has continues to offer on their behalf."
