Second Arrest made in 2023 Orchard Knob Avenue Homicide

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) has announced a second arrest has been made in the June 14, 2023 Orchard Knob homicide.

CPS says Arterrius Allen is charged with one count of first degree murder in the death of 24-year-old Cordarrius Bailey.

Allen was arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

Terry Scott Anderson was previously charged with first degree murder in this case, according to CPD.

Anderson was arrested in July of2023.
