Semi-truck causes I-75 to shut down to one lane

Bradley County, TN (WDEF)- A semi-truck makes an illegal U-turn,  causing I-75 northbound to shut down to one lane.

Take an alternate route if traveling I-75 northbound near Bradley County, traffic is back up for miles.

A witness tells WDEF that the semi tried to turn around, striking several vehicles in the process.
