Shooting occurs near the Tennessee Aquarium, sending a 16-year-old to the hospital
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)- Chattanooga Police responded to a non-fatal shooting near the aquarium on Saturday night.
Police were alerted to possible shots fired near Aquarium Way and Chestnut Street.
Shortly after, police located a 16-year-old male suffering from a minor gunshot injury.
He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury.
Police are still working to determine the cause of this incident, and there is currently no additional information available.
