Skyla Wilson’s non-custodial father in custody in Bradley County
CLEVELAND, Tenn. (WDEF) – The non-custodial father accused of taking his 2-year old daughter from her Bradley County home and running off to Colorado is now back in Tennessee after he was extradited.
Michael Wilson was arrested in Colorado after he was pulled over by police last week.
Authorities say Wilson took Skyla Lashay Wilson from her home in Bradley County earlier this month.
According to Bradley County Sheriff Eric Watson, Wilson was transported back to Tennessee and was booked into the Bradley County jail around 8:15 pm Saturday night.

Wilson is facing a charge of aggravated kidnapping.
According to Bradley County officials, Wilson’s first appearance in Bradley County General Sessions Court will be Monday, August 29 at 9am.
