Soddy Daisy man indicted for relations with minors
SODDY DAISY, Tenn. (WDEF) — A Soddy Daisy man turned himself in after being indicted on having sexual relations with minors.
In February, 2024, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Investigative Services detectives were made aware of the situation.
Thomas Edward Tucker
Thomas Edward Tucker of Soddy Daisy, had previously been in sexual relations with minors.
During the investigation, detectives discovered over several years, Tucker had multiple sexual encounters with at least three teenagers.
The Hamilton County Grand Jury issued indictments on August 5, 2024, charging Tucker with the following:
- 2 Counts of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Minor
- 14 Counts of Statutory Rape by an Authority Figure
- 7 Counts of Sexual Battery by an Authority Figure
Tucker turned himself into the Hamilton County Jail August 9, 2024.
