South Seminole Shooting

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police responded to the 200 block of South Seminole Drive on a report of a shooting early Saturday morning. Officers located the victim, Cierra Kirksey, 18, suffering from a single, non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the leg. Kirksey was inside her home when the shooting occurred and was transported to a local hospital by HCEMS.

The suspect was outside the home when the shots were fired and was possibly driving in a gold vehicle.

Chattanooga Police Violent Crimes Investigators are following all actionable leads and ask anyone with information regarding this crime to call 423-698-2525. The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
