St. Elmo Clumpies to Close at the End of the Month

Clumpies Ice Cream is a victim of a larger change at the Incline.

The local chain will shut down their incline location at the end of this month.

That’s when Rock City’s contract to operate the Incline ticket sales runs out.

Rock City declined to renew so CARTA has hired another operator to take over.

Clumpies two other locations on Market Street and the Northshore will not be affected.
