Stabbing on Bill Reed Road being Investigated by HCSO

Hamilton County, TN (WDEF): A women died from suffering a stab wound Friday night.

Just after 9:30 Friday night, reports came in of a stabbing in the 9300 Block of Bill Reed Road, Ooltewah.

Deputies located a 34 year old female suffering from a life threatening stab wound.

The victim was transported by Hamilton County EMS to a local hospital where the victim succumbed to her injuries.

This is an active investigation.
