Suspect charged in gas station stabbing in Murphy
MURPHY, NC (WDEF) – Murphy Police have arrested a suspect in the case of a man who was stabbed in the back.
It happened at the Murphy Fastop on Highway 64 West.
Breslin Allen was taken to the hospital with the stab wound.
Witnesses identified Spencer Hendrix as the person who did it.
Police called him on the phone and he agreed to meet with offices.
They ended up charging him with Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury.
Police say the case is still under investigation.
