Suspect Charged with Killing Mother & 5 Year Old in Cleveland

Cleveland (WDEF) – Cleveland police say 31 year old Ross Anderson has been charged with two counts of First Degree Murder.

He was taken into custody in Rutherford County.

Anderson was wanted for the double shooting at a home on Hillview Drive on Tuesday.

Investigators confirm that the wounds of 30 year old Rachael Johnson and her five year old son were consistent with gunshot wounds.

They had been killed less than 24 hours when officers found their bodies Monday afternoon.

Investigators also confirm it was a domestic situation.
