TBI arrests Most Wanted Suspect from Chattanooga

NASHVILLE, Tennessee (WDEF) – Chattanooga fugitive Dominique Lebron Collins remained on the run for six months after being put on Tennessee’s Top Ten Most Wanted List.

But his run is over.

The TBI says they have captured Collins in Lynchburg, Virginia.

He was wanted in Chattanooga on charges of Attempted First Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, Reckless Endangerment, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

The charges involve a shooting in April at a BP gas station on Shallowford Road.

Police say his mother got into an argument as the pumps and called him.

Investigators say he shot the man she was arguing with.
