TDFN12 – Rhea County at Cleveland

Chattanooga, Tenn. (WDEF) – One of the fundamentals of football is tackling, and that is something the raiders might want to work on this week….

Golden Eagles on offense give it to Cody Bice,  who powers up field and slams one Raider to the ground before being pushed out of bounds.

Same drive –  Rhea keeping in on the ground this time. In the hands of Mason Stephenson, who carries a bunch of blue on his back into the end zone putting the Eagles up 7 -0.

Cleveland offense struggled to get its footing early, but the Eagles didn’t. Here is Bice again, shrugging off tacklers, and putting the Eagles down in scoring range.

Now it is 4th and 14 here, and the Eagles go for it! The Zack Pemberton play fake fools the whole Cleveland defense, so that left Aaron Worthington alone to make the catch in the end zone to help Rhea get some breathing room.

The Raiders would storm back but the Golden Eagles would hold on to win 35 to 28.
