Chattanooga, TN – (WDEF) TDOT reports rain is changing to sleet and freezing rain in higher elevations.
In Crossville, they report sleet with some ice accumulation. Crews are salting and plowing.
All mountain routes in Sequatchie, Bledsoe, Marion, Grundy & Van Buren counties have an accumulation of ice from 1/8 – ½ inches.
Coffee County has a quarter inch of ice, Franklin has a tenth.
I-24 Manchester Sleet is falling with some accumulation. Some patches of snow and ice. Crews are salting and plowing.
I-24 Monteagle has sleet falling with some accumulation.
Bledsoe Co: Sleet is falling with some ice accumulation. Crews are salting.
Grundy Co Sleet is falling with some ice accumulation. Crews are salting.
Marion Co Sleet is falling with some ice accumulation. Crews are salting.
