Tennessee man arrested by TBI on sexual exploitation charges

COFFEE COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrested a man from Coffee County. They say he faces charges of sexual exploitation of a minor.

The TBI said they began an investigation into Daniel Odell Gregory on September 25. Authorities said they were investigating a user account that was sending child sexual abuse material on the internet. They then identified Gregory as the user of that account.

Authorities then arrested 48-year-old Gregory on Monday, October 9.

The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office and Coffee County Sheriff’s Office assisted in arresting Gregory.

They are charging him with 11 counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, the TBI said.
