Tennessee (WDEF) A local teacher makes the top 9 finalists for Tennessee Teacher of the Year.
The Department of Education announced that Cecily Williams of Cleveland Middle Schools is one of the finalists.
The Grand Division winners and teacher of the year will be announced this fall.
