CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – The Creative Discovery museum is preparing for their biggest fundraiser of the year and opens registration for summer camp.
Registration for the Creative Discovery Museum is now open with camps for ages Pre-K through middle school. The summer fun runs from early June through the end of July with different activities for each age group. The Creative Discovery Museum is also offering a spring break camp starting on March 17. Families can buy tickets per day or for the whole week. Spots are filling up fast, so sign up as soon as possible.
On March 1, the Creative Discovery Museum is closing to the public for two special fundraiser events, AmuseUm and AmuseUM Jr. AmuseUM is an adult only event where any adult can let their inner child run free with fun activities all throughout the museum. New this year is their AmuseUM Jr. which is now open to families. Guests will get to explore beyond the sky and into the stars this year, with special scape of space activities. NASA gear is being brought in for various activities and guests can also receive a mini astronaut Lego, courtesy to Bricks and Mini Figs. These events help fundraise for the museum so they can continue with their educational programs to everyone.
