Three incidents involve shootings in Hamilton County Tuesday night
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Three shootings happened Tuesday night around Hamilton County.
Two of those happened in East Ridge and the other was in Chattanooga.
4th Avenue
On November 21 at 8 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to three men who had been shot in Chattanooga.
Police say the men were walking down the sidewalk on the 2400 block of 4th Avenue, just next to the I-24 exit.
An unknown person then began shooting at them, according to officers.
CPD is still working to find out what exactly happened.
The three men are 19, 22 and 27, and their injuries are not life-threatening. However, an ambulance did take them to the hospital for treatment.

Connell Street
Also on Tuesday night, East Ridge Police said a juvenile was shot on Connell Street.
Officers said they began administering first aid to the victim when they arrived.
They said the juvenile had a single gunshot wound to the leg.
EMS took the victim to the hospital, where authorities said he died.
East Ridge officers continue to investigate the incident. They do not believe there are any continued threats to the community.
Spring Creek Road
Lastly, another incident happened Tuesday night in East Ridge. According to police, this one is not at all related to the other shooting in East Ridge.
At around 7:45 p.m., Chattanooga Police were pursuing a man who was wanted for aggravated assault on officers. When East Ridge officers learned of the pursuit, they joined in.
One East Ridge officer then deployed spike strips to stop the suspect’s car. They said this happened in the 900 block of Spring Creek Road.
Police said this disabled the vehicle, which then rolled to a stop on San Hsi Drive.
When officers approached the car, they said the man was suffering from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The police department said they then began administering first aid and EMS took him to a hospital.
They are not identifying the suspect in this case at this time.
