Three Point Wizard Santiago Vescovi Returning For 5th Year at Tennessee

Vols guard Santaigo Vescovi has announced that he’s returning for his fifth season on Rocky Top. Vescovi led Tennessee in scoring last year, averaging over 12 points a game. His MO of course is the three ball. He has made 282 trey’s during his UT career, which is third best in school history, traling only Chris Lofton and Allen Houston. Vescovi bagged 91 three’s last season alone. Head coach Rick Barnes was on the Big Orange Caravan Tour stop in Nashville on Wednesday, and he was obviously glad to hear the news about Vescovi’s return.

Said Barnes:”You know it gives us back a guy that has arguably been our most durable guy the last four years. Santi loves the University of Tennessee. He loves Vol nation. When I got up this morning, went to get my hair cut. Everybody at the barber shop was so excited about it. I think that speaks because we all know who goes to barbershops right?”
