Time running out to take Red Bank Parks and Recreation survey

RED BANK, Tenn. (WDEF) — The City of Red Bank is asking for the public’s input in a Parks and Recreation survey, which will be closing soon.

The Parks and Recreation Master Plan Public Survey will be open until the morning of Tuesday, January 16.

It consists of 17 questions regarding what the community wants added and fixed in the city’s parks, recreation and trails. The survey also asks about adding new programs and funding needed for large projects wanted by the community.

The city sent residents the survey in December. Since then, they have received 335 survey responses.

“This being Red Bank’s first Master Plan for Parks & Recreation gives us a unique opportunity to think big,” said Jeffrey Grabe, Red Bank’s Parks and Recreation Manager. “We really want to make sure everyone in the community gets to voice how they envision recreational opportunities to look in their city. I am excited and eager to hear from all Red Bank Citizens and see how they will shape and guide the next ten years of Parks & Recreation.”

Red Bank leaders seek input from citizens of all ages, interests and neighborhoods.

Find the survey on Red Bank’s website or Facebook page, or in their monthly newsletter. Residents can also obtain a paper copy at the City Hall.
