Tivoli Foundation announces schools taking part in Jewel Awards

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – The Tivoli Theatre Foundation announces that 12 schools in our area will take part in this year’s Jewel Awards.

That’s more than 600 high school students.

The Jewel Awards celebrate high school musical and theatre programs.

The Foundation will offer constructive feedback to the programs.

Then next May they will honor the best with awards.

Two winning students will geta trip to New York for the Broadway Musical Theatre Awards.

This year’s participants are Boyd-Buchanan School, Chattanooga Christian School, Chattanooga High School Center for Creative Arts, Christian Heritage School, East Hamilton High School, Girls Preparatory School & McCallie School, Grace Academy, Heritage High School, Marion County 4-H Performing Arts, Silverdale Baptist Academy, Signal Mountain Middle-High School, and Walker Valley High School.
