Tom Cruise will screen his new movie at a Knoxville benefit
KNOXVILLE, Tennessee (WDEF) – Tickets go on sale on Friday to catch Tom Cruise screening a new movie this fall in Knoxville.
It is a benefit for the Children’s Charity of Eastern Tennessee.
Cruise will screen his new film “Jack Reacher: Never Go Back.”
So why Knoxville?
The Regal Cinemas chain, based in Knoxville, is hosting the event.
“With over 20 books in the Jack Reacher series and over 100 million copies sold, there is an enormous fan base that are truly excited to see Tom’s return to the big screen in this iconic role,” said Ken Thewes, Chief Marketing Officer at Regal Entertainment Group. “Regal is thrilled to bring this film and star to Knoxville for the benefit screening while raising money for a great cause.”
The benefit screening will be on Monday, October 17 at the Regal Cinemas Pinnacle 18 & RPX in Knoxville.
A limited number of tickets go on sale this Friday at Regal Cinemas Pinnacle, West Town Mall and Riviera theatres in Knoxville.
They cost $50 and include a catered reception before the screening.
The movie opens in theaters on October 21st.
